We love seeing creative ways you bring energy and foot traffic to your businesses and the neighborhood. To keep things coordinated and fair for all merchants, please note:
Events inside your leased space or standard store sales can be planned and hosted at your discretion—we’re happy to help share and promote them.
If you’re planning any event that extends outside your storefront or leased area (for example, into sidewalks, streets, or shared outdoor spaces), that event must be approved by the River Ranch Commercial team in advance.
For any event that is promoted as a “MainStreet” or area-wide event, all merchants in the area should have the same opportunity to participate.
This helps us ensure events are well-organized, safe, and supportive of the entire commercial community.
What’s Coming Up
We’re also investing in more area-wide events this year, with even larger activations in the works for 2027.
Current plans include:
River Ranch Shopping Style Show at City Club on May 6 featuring fashions from six River Ranch boutiques
A Town Square Wine Walk in the summer
A MainStreet Art Walk in the fall
We’ll share more details as these events are finalized, along with ways your business can participate.
