LE MARCHE ANTIQUES NEW OWNERSHIP
After more than 23 years, Le Marché Antiques is excited to begin a new chapter of ownership in the heart of River Ranch. As a curated furniture and accessories
marketplace in Lafayette, Louisiana, the shop brings together a collection of experienced dealers and designers offering unique antiques, home décor, artwork,
lighting, architectural pieces, collectibles, vintage accessories, and one-of-a-kind treasures.
Le Marché Antiques and Interiors is now owned by Coree and Andrew Perrin. Coree, a New Orleans native and the niece of former owner Maddie Larive, has been part of
the business for the past six years, working alongside Maddie and learning every spect of the business. A graduate of the University of Louisiana with a BA in Interior
Design, Coree brings her passion for creating thoughtful, personalized environments to Le Marché.
Andrew, a Lafayette native, graduated from the University of Louisiana before earning his master's degree in Architecture from Syracuse University. As a licensed architect,
Andrew brings more than two decades of experience in architecture, including serving as the University Architect within the Facilities Management Department at the
University of Louisiana. Together, Coree and Andrew bring a unique combination of interior design, architecture, and appreciation for timeless furnishings as they step
into this new role.
As the new owners, the Perrins are passionate about preserving timeless design while helping clients create beautiful, meaningful environments. Coree Perrin offers interior
design services, working closely with each client to create rooms and interiors that reflect their lifestyles and individual style, whether richly layered or clean and
understated. Andrew Perrin is a licensed architect specializing in new residential construction, additions and renovations, and commercial architecture, creating
buildings and environments that are timeless, functional, and thoughtfully designed.
Together, their backgrounds in antiques, interior design, and architecture allow them to offer a unique experience that goes beyond shopping. Whether customers are
searching for the perfect statement piece, restoring a historic home, designing a new residence, planning a commercial project, or simply looking for inspiration, Le Marché
Antiques is a place where exceptional design and craftsmanship come together.
Beyond the pieces themselves, Coree and Andrew believe the people who walk through the doors are what truly make Le Marché Antiques special. The people who
visit bring the shop to life, creating connections and stories that make the experience more than just a marketplace. Over the years, many customers have become more
than visitors — they have become friends and part of the Le Marché family.
Coree and Andrew believe every piece has a story and enjoy helping customers discover furnishings, artwork, and architectural elements that bring character,
warmth, and history into their homes and businesses. With an inventory that is constantly evolving, every visit offers the opportunity to discover something unique.
The Perrins are grateful for the opportunity to share this exciting new chapter and look forward to welcoming longtime customers and new friends.
